Life can be loud and demanding. We often spend so much time neglecting ourselves and what our body, heart, and mind needs living up to the demands of the world. We forget to nourish ourselves.
This retreat is a journey back to the peace, happiness, and freedom that is already there within us and just waiting for us to slow down, rest, breathe, and feel.
We’ll be spending five days in the heart of Bali, on a journey of rest, reflection, movement, and ritual that guides us back to ourselves – reconnecting with our body, emotions, and natural rhythm.
This retreat is intentionally small and thoughtfully paced. There is space to be guided — and space to be quiet.
Everything is offered with presence, respect, and emotional safety, so transformation can happen gently and sustainably.

Hosted by Lia Natali
Lia Natali is a well-being facilitator with over a decade of experience guiding others back to themselves through gentle, embodied practices. Her work is rooted in the belief that true well-being isn’t something to achieve — it’s something to remember.
Her journey began in 2013 with yoga, where she discovered that the practice is not just a workout, but a way to turn inward. This insight led her to create Bali Bliss, a space dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting, and living with more presence and ease.
Over the years, Lia has expanded her practice beyond yoga, weaving together Reiki, Himalayan Singing Bowl Therapy, Qigong, and Tarot Reading to support each person in a way that feels personal and intuitive.
Her approach is holistic and grounded, meeting the physical body while gently tending to the emotional and energetic layers beneath. In this retreat, Lia holds a calm, safe, and nurturing space — inviting you to soften, listen, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom at your own pace.

No. All practices are beginner-friendly and optional. You're invited to move and rest at your own pace.
The retreat is intentionally limited to a maximum of 8 women to ensure emotional safety, intimacy, and personal attention.
The flow is balanced and unhurried — guided sessions, quiet time, and space to rest and integrate. Nothing is mandatory.

Shared and private rooms are available, subject to availability. Details are shared during registration.
Yes. The retreat is held in a trauma-aware, confidential, and respectful environment. Sharing is always optional.
